African Bank
No statements but sending register post lette

After 6 weeks i haven't received any statements from my previous complaint.

Dipuo Moalusi was the contact person from african bank who made contact with me on the 11th of June, he promise to me over the phone was to make sure the statements will be send asap.

This afternoon at the post office i have to sign for register letter probebly telling that im going to handed over.
Sorry i will not sign your documentation. This is not the way to go.

AND PLEASE DONT PHONE ME AND ASK TO REMOVE THE COMPLAIN. This is not on, Why pay for something and not received it. Very Very bad service. Will never in life use or recommend you guys.

I have payment as arrage with you guys., but you can't commit to your promises.

Get a life and deliver a better service.
