Extremely bad service cause me bad complications

I have been holding back not to get to this level but I cannot hold it anymore.
I have all the detail to back this up and kept all emails as proof. From 18 January 2013 what could've taken 7 days has still has not been resolved. I'm not going to mention names but if Liberty is serious about their business then I am prepared to give them all the detail if they are prepared to contact me.
What I believe was a simple request for an investment of mine to be paid out, requesting it on 18 January 2013 has still not been done. I just hear excuses, excuses and excuses. I'm sitting in a crises which I have explained and with constant following up, nagging, etc from my side I was eventually told my payout will happen today (2013/03/01) which is already very late. I still haven't received the payout and cant even get hold of the consultant who has been avoiding most of my calls and any other attempt of getting hold of him.
I hope I wasn't cause it just seems so wrong!!!
Liberty please clean up your act with my other assets to be sold and investments coming in, I will not even consider you.
Hope this can be resolved ASAP.
