Robbie Mentz, brilliant claims consultant!

I had my vehicle stoolen and recovered last week Tuesday the 19/2/2013 and when I phoned my insurance company FFW I got through to a gentelman by the name of Robbie Mentz and let me tell you how he made me feel at home. He assusred me everything will be fine. He made sure I had my courtesy vehicle ready for me the same day while they sort everything out with the police and the impound and so forth. Robbie kept me in the loop every day of what was happening with my vehicle. My vehicles claim was captured on the 19 Feb 2013 and not even 5 days later my car is in for repairs and Robbie sorted all of this out for me so that I could just have a breather. I honestly dont know what I would have done if Robbie wasnt there to help me. He helped me tremendously and I will forever be grateful to him as this is a traumatic event that happened but he always managed to make me feel I chose the right insurance company. Robbie is a brilliant assest to the company is very lucky to have such an amazing person working for them, . ROBBIE YOURE AWESOME!!! And I thank you again for all your help and trouble as you made a bad situation seem to be not so bad in the end as I had your help!!
