Bad service, no delivery

I have applied for a cellphone contract with realpeople on the 18th of feb 2013 and still dont have feedback, i keep on calling and nobody knows what is happening, they keep on telling me its on the vetting stage whatever that means, nobody knows what is happening, nobody can give me feedback, nobody can talk to that dept because apparently they inbound, i spoke to a whole lot of ppl and nobody knows whats happening.luke was just quick to just wana get rid of the call, deon was just telling me garbish the same story ive heard all over and over again, and he said he will contact christien who is head of dept to contact me, i doubt it will ever happen because thsi is what ive been hearing for all the other days. Can somebody just do some work and give me feedback... im sick and tired of their stories, Just tell me if the thing is approved or not.
