Still No Response, Insult to Injury

On the 18th of April 2013 (last week) I posted a report about bad service and response from CellC regarding my new cell phone delivery? I received a quick response on hellopeter, saying that someone will contact me regarding feedback on my phone delivery status. Complete nonsense, no one has contacted me, Posting on hellopeter has not changed a thing, What is happening CellC? I WANT MY PHONE OR AT LEAST AN IDEA OF WHAT IS HAPPENING? IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
