The home loan section is incompetent. We applied at branch for home loan on 15/2/13. Supplied all documents requested for on 18/2/2013. since then we received no communication from fnb. I had to follow up daily via homeloan sharecall no. Each day i spoke to different consultant, who cld not give me an answer. Each day i was told more documents are needed and then after submitting them, i am still waiting. FNB moto of 'HOW CAN I HELP YOU' should change. They do not help, waste clients time and money and take nothing as urgent. Credit dept is laid back and each day decides to request more documents only when the client calls. We never rcd 1 call from FNB requesting documents. NO contact at all from them. What type of service is that??? Furthermore i am a client of fnb and am disgusted with the attitude, service and incompetency of fnb staff. Change you moto to 'HOW CAN WE FRUSTRATE YOU' You are of no help.
