TAKE AWAY MY LAST CENTS, WHY DON'T YOU!

I applied for Debt Counselling. They refused my application and promised to not charge me any fees. For the past two months, they've deducted an admin fee from my account. I need to ask them for feedback EVERY DAY and my requests get sent from the one person to the next. No one will take responsibility for this and they point fingers except towards themselves. Pity that the one place that should really understand your financial predicament and situation is the one to rob you of your very last cents!!! DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
