We phoned outsurance mid december regarding making use of their service, they phoned us immediatelly, we only wanted them to phone for a quoate. I then told them not to activate the service straight away, i still have a couple of other quotes from various companies im waiting for. To my suprise at month end the debit order went of from my account. I thought how can it be posssible i informed them to wait until i phone them back. So on the 4th we phoned them to query about the instalment, they apologized for the inconvenience but still that insurance means nothing at that time, because the tracker was not yet installed. I spoke with the manager on duty that day and according to him he will arrange with tracker to phone me to arrange a date and time for the installation. Until this very day nobody has phoned me back. This is unacceptable, they should either refund me, if something happens to my car i dont even have cover. Its already half way through the month. Please can somebody get back to me regarding this matter. Regards Riekus Britz
