10 days later with no result!!!

I submitted a complaint on hello peter on 10 days ago regarding the shocking service from FNB towards myself as a New Business client. Today is now another 10 days later with no luck or co-operation from FNB. I called again and once again I was told that now for 2 days the Compalaints Manager Kamlesh Tulsi is not available. Surely such a big organisation has more than one Manager to autorise collection of original documentation from myself. The inconveneince caused by FNB is shocking! The fact that this account has should have been activated a month ago and that debit orders have been arranged does not seem to bother them in the slightes.

Absolutely shocking!
