FNB messed -now receiving legal actions threats

I had a major issue not so long ago with Fnb. One of these issues is that they opened a plat cheq card for me, credit card etc. It was with that Samsung special. So these accounts were opened, i received no cards, no notification of switching etc. Some of my debit orders were switched whilst i was not even aware that these accounts are functional. One of the accounts switched was my Home Loan. So as it would be they debited the incorrect account. As a result the payment unpaid-makes sense account dont exist - no money in it. I received calls advising that my account is in arrears. i told them go back and check origination of query. Never in my payment history did i miss a payment. Fnb messed up, they switced my debit orders, totally oblivious to me. They have to restructure my account so that it shows current. Its their fault that my account is "in arrears". I received a few days ago an sms, threatening legal action against me. Oh how i wish they would. Not going to stand for that. My entire banking was messed up. i took so much time, phone calls, emails some faxes to get all my banking in order. Now this! I will escalate the matter to banking ombudsman if i FNB cant fixed this.
