Disgusting service on multipe occassions

I have applied for a home loan with this bank, being my home bank, i expected a good rate and good customer service. It takes them 3 weeks to process and finally give me approval at a terrible rate and only 80% bond (of which, i have to continually call your call center to get an update). I asked for a review on the rate, and they have responded with "We cannot afford to offer you a better rate".
I previously applied for 2 vehicle finance applications, both of which also afforded me high rates. Standard bank, this is disgusting, my wife and I will be moving to another bank.
