COuld someone please deal with my Queries?

I have had an extremely frustrating couple of days trying to get basic service from 3 of your departments.
I spent over 2 hours yesterday battling with your telephone system trying to get through to 1.Your unit Trust Department, 2. Your online share trading department. Eventually I was able to speak to call center operators that said they would 1. Email me the relevant documentation required to enable the sale of one of my unit trusts and 2. Send me a list of the 100 companies that one can invest in using your Auto share invest platform (as the link with this information doesn't work on your website!). Despite being promised that that the information would be sent immediately. I haven't received anything yet. Furthermore I sent a request to your corporate card division 2 days ago querying a charge on my corporate credit card to which I have received no response. I have spent a further hour today trying to follow up on the above 3 requests with absolutely no result. Would it be possible that someone might contact me who is competent enough to deal with my three 3 rather basic requests?
