Good day

My name is Alexandre Rodrigues and I recently opened up an AccessAccount with Standard Bank (10-03-901-036-6) for the express purpose of registering for Auto-Share Invest (ASI), yet whenever I log onto internet banking to register for this service, I get a red "Technical error" message.

Securities tell me it's because the AccessAccount has 11 digits and that is too many for their ASI platform to accept. Will you be able to rectify the situation soon? Please do not refer me to securities, as they tell me it's something retail has to fix on their side. I do not want to open up a different cheque account as this is not cost effective. I would like to use my AccessAccount for Auto-Share Invest. Please let me know when this can be expedited,
