Suspect on my Cheque Account

An amount of105.38 is pending on my chq acc. I suspect this is a transaction/s. I noticed a 28.65 difference on my acc balance on the 26/2/13. I have no record of this transaction & I keep all my slips until the amounts are banked. On the 27/2/13 I noticed the amount increased to 105.38. An extra 76.73, no record. I called the Nedbank call centre, the agent couldn't provide info for this amount. No date, no time etc. However she did say it was my Amex Dr Card. She advised me to cancel the card & contact the centre. They advised me to go into the bank and see if they could assist. Again no luck, the consultant advised me that the amount/s need to be banked before they can provide me with any information. & that takes 24 hrs. 24 hrs later & 105.38 still pending. I need this amount/s identified ASAP. This is unacceptable that Nedbank can't assist with funds disappearing from my acc. Money is missing from my account & I suspect and nothing is done about it. SERIOUSLY!
