No help at Outsurance!!!

I phoned to query a re rate on my home loan. The consultant who had to help me wasted a significant amount of my time, did not LISTEN to what i was saying, then put me through to another department. After all i phoned the number Outsurance told me to. At the home loan department they could not answer my questions and told me to phone yet another number. Honestly service at OUT?
