CAPITEC BANK CRESTA HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER, I WITHDREW R900 ON FRIDAY AND R200 FELL INTO A SLOT ON THEIR ATM, I WENT INSIDE THE BANK AND I SPOKE TO MBONISI (MANAGER OF THE BRANCH) WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME ON SATURDAY, WHO ALSO MENTIONED THAT REMOVING THE ACTUAL ATM WOULD COST MORE THEN THE AMOUNT THAT FELL INTO THE SLOT..BUT PROMISED ME A REFUND, ITS TUESDAY ALREADY NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, I TOOK THE LIBERTY AND MY AIRTIME TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHATS GOING WITH REGARDS TO MY FUNDS, I SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE LADY CALLED KAY WHO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I WILL NO BE REFUNDED MY R200 WHEREAS MBONISI SAID I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK, ALL I WANT IS MY R200 BACK I DON'T CARE WHAT CAPITEC CRESTA NEEDS TO DO, BUT I WANT IT... I HAVENT BEEN A CAPITEC ACCOUNTHOLDER FOR MORE THEN TWO MONTHS BUT I FEEL AS IF I NO LONGER WANT TO BANK WITH A BANK THAT TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH!!!
