I Pad not received after ordering on 22 January

I have ordered an I Pad from FNB on 22/01/2013. It has been approved but after numerous phone calls, promises and read e-mails by FNB, I am still waiting. Although I spoke to the team leader Natasha on 26/02/2013 who promised to call me same day or today she has not done so and is not available to take my call.
Everybody promises but nobody does something

Are they actually BEEEP Bank??
