Staff not capable of doing there work

I recently opened a trust acc at fnb zambesi drive and at first they said there was a problem with the cheque the 3 trustees had to go back to the bank just to find that the signatures they had on the system was wrong, we got a cheque card and without notice they cancelled the card and now no one knows where the card is.
