ABSA R15000 from my account

ABSA regarding unfair banking practise.
Nhlanhla Mazibuko unilaterally did a journal debit from my cheque account on the 28/01.
Phoned Legal Dept Zinzile told to phone Rudi Steyn. Rudi acknowledged admitted taking money. Phoned Recoveries - Assifa who rudely told me to phone Legal. Tried Recoveries again- Katlego, Nhlanhla Mazibuko who told me that he took my money and will continue to do so.
MY SIDE: In 1996 I had vehicle finance with ABSA. I traded a green Hyundai Accent in on a white Hyundai Elantra at the Hyundai Francise in Randburg. I signed a new finance agreement and settlement agreement,
The problem started when on the Saturday Afternoon The HIGH COURT seized the assets of Mr BILLY RAUTENBACH and HYUNDAI group. ABSA told me in late 1997 that I need not worry as their lawyers will sort it out. I heard nothing from ABSA since then until mid-January this year when VUSI from HAMMOND TOLE phoned me on my cell and said that they had a judgement against me. I checked my ITC and there is no such judgement. on 27 Jan ABSA took R10000, meanwhile my actionline email report was acknowledged but today Lee Ann said its unreadable. I'm going to open a case of at the SAPS
