I registered with ABSA Rewards 3 months ago. They've been debiting my account every month for my membership fee. When i wanted to redeeem my points i noticed that they were sitting on zero. This cannot be the case as i use my card on a daily basis. For the past 2 weeks i've been trying to contact their call centre to enquire about my points and everytime i call (3 times already) they tell me that their systme is off-line. How can i resolve my query if the system is always off-line. They debit my account regularly but cannot assist me whith any queries. Whats the point?
