FNB courier charges!

Hi recently got a Samsung tablet that was available on offer though my FNB gold cheque account. I went to the DOT FNB Store in centurion mall to apply and collect my tablet. A couple of days later I get a debit on my account of R150 for a courier charge, meanwhile the device was in store and I collected. Apparently FNB realise that there is a glitch in the system with the DOT FNB stores and debiting the fee when it is not suppose to, I understand that. What I dont understand is the fact that I needed to call to tell them, I was assured it would be rectified, then after one week nothing was done, so I called again and was told it has been logged as a complaint and in 24-48 hours someone will call me, well since then ANOTHER week has gone by!!! I have tried calling again today, but just get shuffled around and eventually put the phone down because the phone calls are going to end up costing more than the 150 I am owed! This is unacceptable and I need this sorted out NOW!
