Not assisting as asked with debit order payments

I have a serious complaint about a employee at First National Bank:
On 2 May 2013 I phoned our local branch - Belfast; Mpumalanga. I spoke to Mrs Adri Van Wyk that referred me to Mrs Sezikile at head office - 087 577 9335

I spoke to Mrs Sezikile on the 2'nd of May (this I can proof on my cell phone records) to advice her that my salary will be paid in only on the 6' of May 2013, and pleaded that she must please help me so all my debit orders will deduct only on the 6 May and that nothing will be send back. On the 3'rd of May 2013 I received a sms that all my debit orders was unsuccessful because of no funds that was in my account. My salary was paid into my account on Sunday - 5 May 2013.

I phoned Mrs Sezikile again on the 3'rd of May 2013, she said that the system was rejecting all my debit orders and that she can't do anything about it. I am furious about it. Sure there must be a way to help clients that have this problem for the first time ever.

I demand that all the bank charges must be paid back to me - it's almost R 1000.00.
I have a good credit record with FNB Bank and never failed to make a payment on my debit orders. This account is about 10 years old.
