FNB: A comedy of errors! I'm going to beep bank!!

I have been a client of FNB for 20 years, and am currently a platinum client. As i have a company car I have not had the need for vehicle financing, so when we decided to purchase a new car for my partner the natural choice was to approach FNB. I have little to no debt, have an account in good standing with no overdraft, and a home loan with FNB (which is in the process of being moved to another bank - refer to complaint just logged against FNB Home Loans). I logged my application online and only after following up with my Premier Banker was advised that FNB required additional info... So already a few days lost! I was then given the incorrect email address to submit the required docs so again more time was wasted in this process! So I approached some of the other banks to assist in my quest for vehicle financing and what an effortless process! The financing amount required was only R100k as i had a substantial cash deposit. When i finally received the approval from FNB the interest rate offered was higher than other banks and as such I used a professional company to assist with my requirements. FNB will be losing me as a client due to sheer incompetence and lack of interest!
