Money was taken from bank without permission

I went to withdraw my pension fund and once i entered my pin it showed no money was available, I went ot the Sassa in Ducanville which Audrey assited in giving me a transaction history which showed money was paid in on 31/01/2013 and R 1000.00 was withdrawn on 04/02/2013 which discription shows: 1723 20130204 from AA25 Jan Van Riebeeck/MVan Der.
