I decided a move my account to FNB a few weeks ago. It was done telephonically and I was told to go to a bank to verify ID. today i went to the Bank and spent more 40minutes in a que. When I got to a consultant, I was told that I need proof of address as well. I am very disappointed in FNB - I was expecting better service but have expeirence morer red tapes than with my current bank. I was also told that I will get a private banker - thus far i had no contact with any
