My vehicle was and recovered and there were some repairs that followed, not to mention stress. From the first point of contact I dealt with caring consultants who listened to every concern I had. Carmen Stellenberg and Shamiela Cassiem were always available, followed up on things for me and with exceptional customer service always provided me with feedback. Peter Van Niekerk kept me in the loop around every corner and made things easier for me by going the extra mile to ensure that I did not have to run around to get the vehicle cleared from the SAPS Inpound. Abdullah Gamieldien was extremely helpful and explained all the steps in detail so that I was well informed. He also went out of his way to check and follow up with the repairer in terms of progress. Even though Auto Magic dropped the ball by not keeping me informed, I could always call into Claims and Shamiela or Earl would be there to assist. I also want to thank Shahiem Steyn for checking in when Auto Magic disappointed. All round excellent service! What could have been an extremely traumatic event was made more bearable by dealing with exceptional staff at Budget! I thank you all!!!
