Billed for almost a year for a cancelled policy

I cancelled a funeral policy in 2012 - so long ago I can't remember, and to this day ABSA takes R40 from my savings account. I would use the stop order function on their internet banking, however that is the only debit order I am unable to stop!
Please can you assist with cancelling this payment!
