Bad Service

I'm tired of bad Service, I want my policy cancelled please?
In Dec, I received a call from Jaked who I asked to change start date to 30/01/2013 as I have been debited on the wrong date but it looks like he did no such as he cared less about that. Now I'm paying banking fees as I always have to reverse my debit! I regret taking this cover!
