On friday 22nd of Feb i had money decdcuted from my account accidently by a company in the UK. I contacted FNB immediately and they told me what i needed to do. Agnes got back to me on Friday afternoon and on Monday i sent her one piece of documentation required. Within an hour of sending that the money that was incorrectly deducted reflected back in my account. It is customer care consultants like Agnes and a bank like FNB that makes me happy with my choice and took alot of my stress away after my problem, The service was effecient, quick and extremely helpful. Thank you FNB!!!
