A few weeks back i logged a complaint regarding my R400 that i was to recieve from Outsurance as you guys could not beat my quote. I was promised the money would be deposited into my account. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THIS PAYMENT AS YET WHICH IS SO CONCERNING AS I WAS PROMISED THIS WOULD BE PAID.

Please advise?
