I received a sms from Vericred today that My NC Premiers Edu account was handed over to them that I should contact them for a payment arrangement. I did as instructed but somehow could not speak to Mellissa (as she is the one handling my account). She called me back, but could not talk to her. I called her back & she was busy again, she called me back when she called me back there was a Crossline & all I heard was a Tswana male, so I ended up hanging up. She called me back with an attitude, confronted me on hanging up & insisted that there was no cross line & she could hear me perfectly. I tried to explain it to her but she did not give me the chance & i wanted an apology from her as I was not hearing or seeing things, She said she'll rather call me back when i have calmed down. I refuse to have any future dealings with her & staff should be trained properly in dealing with customers. She made me feel like a & psycho just because she did not experience the cross line does not mean it did not happen. I would like actions taken against her & want to be kepr on the loop with regards to steps taken against her.
