Not delivering

The ad we will bend backwards for you what a joke, for a week and a half now I try to get info or just basic feedback from outsurance on a claim. From rescheduling an appointment to a huge hole in my wall (after they were told that it will not work) and still no return of plumbers or feedback, more and more paint falling from the wet walls and no response.

Are you going to fix all the water damage becuase of no delivery?
