Why would any person move from FNB to ABSA!!!

I just opened a ABSa account and was planning on moving all my stuff from FNB (where i have a silver cheque account) to ABSA. the worst mistake a person can make. i registered for Internet banking. it says you haveto go in too the bank and activate. i get in my car take time of work and go to the bank. the lady takes my card ask for me to enter my pin and that was that. all she said was i haveto change my pin when i get back at the office. get back and you know what. nothing is activated. i phone the call centre (Noleen). funny thing i haveto go back to the bank the lady didnt set limits etc. WHY WHY. just for this i will not move my stuff to absa. their staff is incompetent not very friendly at the branch.

thanks absa for opening my eyes FNB still stays the best bank in south africa.
