FOREX PAYMENT PENDING

On 17 February 2013 I applied for a forex trf for travel arrangements. I lodge the application, on 19 Feb FNB contacted me to inform me that there was a problem with the invoice im trying to pay. But I never received the email due to a typo in the email. on the 21 of Feb I saw on my internet banking, that the forex status reflect as failed. Immediatly I phone Forex, and they then told me about the invoice problem. I immediatly asked for the invoice to be corrected, and then resend the invoice to the email address as provide by forex [Email Removed] and asking for the payment to be re-instated. since the 21of Feb I haven't heard anything from FNB Forex again, I phoned twice already this morning, to get an update. No one can assist me, and ZN Xumalo is not available. I left a message for her to return my call, phoned again, with no success. I cant proceed with alternative arrangements, to do the payment, Cause there is no way I can get hold of Xumalo to get an update on the status of the re-instatement.
