Direct Axis
LOAN?? NOT!!!

Since Feb 2013 195.94 has been deducted via dbt order from my account. After some calls made, I found out it was a loan??!! with Direct Axis. I eventually ended up dealing with Maahier Karriem. Promised me pay back, nothing happend - even mailed him my bank accounts with proof of deductions. He never responds to any mails I send. I even got mails telling me my account is in arrears!!! I even send these mails on to him. This is humiliating. How can I make this go away, get my money back and forget the excistance of the place named Direct Axis??? To top it of another debit order has gone off my account this morning. I mailed Karriem again. And STILL no answer. I even took my case to the Ombudsman. Hope they can help - they even mailed that thay busy with my case already!!
