Loan. False advertising and lying

I apply for a loanby finchoice on the 18th of feb 2013 the lady i talk to told me ive been approve and the money will be in my bank account the next 24 hours. Suddenly i received a sms asking if i could fax through a copy of id and 3 month bank statement which i did. I had to phone them again to see how far they are with the paper work i was told they are still busy, yeah right so much for 24 hours. And was also told dont worry mamm your are gone get the loan and they will pay it in as soon as the finish the paperwork.. Today is the 25th of feb 2013 monday, i phone the whole morning and no reply and finally got through and when i ask them about the money suddenly they only received the id copy and not the statements so i fax it again but it didnt go through so i email them the 3 month bank statement i waited the whole day and phone them again just before 4 pm and suddenly with alot of excuses and stories they tell me my bank account is not older then 3 months and yet the got bank statement for 3 month.. They are doing false advertising telling everyone 24 hours and lying saying ive been approve and will get the money and so much excuses.. Pathetic really!
