Hi there,
I have read all the complaints and compliments that was sent to HelloPeter and i believe the problem can be resolved if we the customers are educated as to the procedures that need to take place before a payout, as we are clueless when it comes to this. All we know is that we are due a payout and we need our money. I know its not that simple but educating us will help alot. I am awaiting a payout and have not consulted yet, so i hope i dont have to come back to this sight with a complaint.
