I have been an FNB customer for 13 years now, I have been nothing but a loyal customer but now they showed me that they are just like other banks, I have never experienced bad service from them. Until now that I have switched my account to a cheque account the service is really bad, I was told that I will only pay a monthly fee of R70 a month but to my surprise on friday the 22/02/2013 that they have been changing me the agreed R70 plus R60 every month that I was not told about. This means that all these months they have been charging me. I was checking my balance when I found this out which is unacceptable and I demand that all these fees be paid back to me since I joined this cheque account I demand that this happen as soon as possible because I have decided that I am taking my account somewhere else where my money will be appreciated as at FNB they do not help people even though they say "How can we help you".
