For all the years i have worked i have not missed one payment to Sanlam. The company i worked for got liquidated early April so i contacted sanlam and sent through all relevant documentation they had asked for. I was asked to wait three months before my provident fund is paid into my bank account. Since then i am still waiting... i called in yesterday and apparently they are waiting for approval before anything is done SO IN ACTUAL FACT IT HAS TAKEN 6 MONTHS TO GET AN APPROVAL . I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS SITUATION, THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND I AM EVER SO SORRY FOR USING SANLAM AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE... DISSAPOINTED
