I am so sick of this, you people are my money and paying some other policy, I have to keep on phoning for a refund, 1st it was R915.56 on the 15/02/2013 then only got my refund today after making a number of phone calls and emails, but got debited again today for R251.28. some royal treatment. Are you going to refund me all my airtime that i have used trying to GET BACK MY MONEY???
