I canceled my policy with King price insurance earlier this month, but they had already debited me this months premium, I called them and cancelled my policy with them, I talked to a lady who said she works in retention and that they would refund me R1200, few days later same lady called me and said she saw my hello peter complaint and promised that I would have my money by the 10th of December 2013, today its the 18th of December 2013 and still no money in my account, what company is this mara?
