Excuses on a claim

On Wednesday, I left my car locked on Carlswald shopping center, when I came back my car was all unlocked and my Garmin GPS was, called my Insurance company only to be told that there could not pay me a paltry R600 which is less the excess just because there was no visible forcible entry to the vehicle.
I'm highly disappointed in this issue as lucky enough it was not something big like a Laptop or a big valued thing, my question is should I trust this Insurance company with all the things insured on my policy or I'm just paying premium to get disappointed when I'm faced with an unfortunate situation. I really have to start getting quotes from Hippo and lose out on all my No-claims bonus from this Insurance company.
I'm so so angry, disappointed and disheartened!!!
