Owing me more or less R10 000.00

I too out a loan from wonga to the amount of R450.00 and paid back R580.00 (more or less). This was the amount i was told to pay back and gave them the once of payment. To date they have deducted amounts ranging from R5.00 to R3000.00pm. I have taken this up with them on many occasions that i even had my bank converse with them while sitting in on the conversation. On this they appologised but still have not fixed the problem, they are still deducting. I dont know what to do anymore, i think the best is to see an attorney or get Carte Blanche to step in. If you can help please!!! The loan was taken out during 2012 but every month they are still deducted.
