Pothole damages refunded after two years

My son's car hit a huge pothole two years ago. Outsurance fixed the damages and claimed damages from the municipality on my behalf. The municipality has now paid these in full and Outsurance refunded me the excess I paid back then. I am happy to know they did not simply give up on the case. And I hope that this gives other motorists hope...
