Huge premium increase and no one to explain???

I have been with FNB insurance going on 4 years now and made my first claim last November after being in an accident which was not my fault. When it came to my policy renewal my premium was increased by R400!

I was absolutely shocked, the only explanation on my policy schedule was that this was due to my recent claim. Upon trying to contact my broker, sending emails, calling and leaving messages (never able to get hold of him/her directly) I was assisted by a helpful man by the name of Ricardo who himself was shocked at the increase and felt it was a system error, he said it would be escalated to management who would resolve my query. Almost a week later and I have heard nothing.
I decided to shop around and managed to get a very similar policy (also underwritten by Hollard) for nearly half the price of what I was originally paying before my premium even went up. When I emailed Sumaya to cancel with FNB, I finally got a response to confirm my cancellation. I am disgusted that this is the only time I have received a response and absolutely no investigation has been put into my query. I believe there was an error with my premium increase and I believe that there is money owed to me
