Santam Claims Ignoring

For some strange and wonderful reason, when the hail the size of golf hit jhb last year and my brothers car got damaged santam decided to first send my brothers car to Global hail who dumped the car at a panel beater that so much they even forget what they tell you.
The vehicle was sent in on the 10th January 2013 for repairs with the promise of it will be ready in 2 weeks.
On the 7th of February 2013 i inquired on the delay of repairs once again, and was told that the assessor was there on the 4th and the vehicle will only be ready on the 5 March 2013 due to additional repairs that need to be done on the car. Baring in mind that the car was assessed last year in November as well as everything that needed to be fixed was indicated on the quote. My fathers broker has since been sending emails and phoning but no one at Santam Claims is providing him with any feedback. Him being with out a car for such a long time is such a inconvenience, and extremely frustrating.
