Horrific call centre

I have had to call the Call centre twice this morning and each time spoke to women who clearly didn't listen to what my needs were. The first women could hardly be understood over the phone - her voice was so low and your call centre so noisy. The 2nd woman annoyed me intensely because it was clear she wasn't really listening to me.
I called to transfer insurance to a new car that I am buying. Your call centre treated me as though I was a new client - not an existing customer of 4 years! They asked the dumbest questions and spoke in robotic tones as though they were not listening to a word I said.
Will someone attentive to clients kindly call me to add my new car details to my account for cover! otherwise I am going to Virgin or Outsurance rather than put up with MIWAy nonsense.
