I laid a complaint here about 3months ago, and it was resolved in less than 1 week. once again im very upset about the service im getting and must now once again turn to hello peter to be heard. we had a problem with our geyser just before new year wereby my kitchen was wet, my electricity tripped as well. i called STD and the lady informed me that she will send out a plumber. i informed her that she needs to send out an electrician aswell as i dnt have any electricity and my cousin and 2month old niece was visiting with us. the lady informed me that the plumber will have a look at everything.just before his arrival we managed to get the electricity back on. he informed us that the wall behind the fridge aswell as the plug got wet but he doesnt know anything about electrician work so he cant have a look at anything. i phoned the 31st and waited for 2 weeks before someone was sent out to check my fridge, however some of my food went off as the electricity is now tripping everytime. i called and wanted to speak to a manager, after 5 days no one has bothereed calling me back. no electrician was sent out. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR SERVICE> STANDARD BANK BIG TIME
