Horrible service

I received horrible service from clear water branch, the Lady (Mpho) the lady who served me was rude with a negative attitude. i don't think I'll go back to Nedbank again, i send an sms hoping one of the managers is goint to assist me, i left my number no one phoned me please stay with your unstandardized service and untrained staff, you wont see me there. shocking service, how do you tangibalise your intangible service with that level of operations.
