Cat Box Pet Hyper
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I am stunned at how horrid the service is at Cat Box Pet Hyper. First time I went there they were not able to give me a price on a cage. We waited for 30 minutes for the staff only to realise they were hoping for us to leave as they couldn't find the price. They literally stood there and pointed fingers at each other saying "no he must help you" then that staff member will point at the other one and laugh and say "no HE must help you". I just left my number and got out of there. Of course they never phoned me back. I ended up buying the cage there anyway and no suprize the service was horrible that day as well. I generally don't expect the best service in the world from a pet store, but this was just shocking. They have no idea what's going on; they won't even help you with a purchase. The staff just stands around and laugh like whilst the customers have to struggle on their own. VERY disappointing.
